Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in business analysis, technical analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, benefits realization, etc.). Ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking around and carrying a laptop, clipboard and documents for the majority of a shift, working in a hospital environment, collect information in awkward locations (e.g. under desks). Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills; experience in a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques including both one-on-one and group facilitation. Solid requirements documentation skills, with proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, distinguish stated requirements from underlying true business needs, and convey requirements information effectively to stakeholders and partners. Experience in problem solving, negotiation, concerns/conflict resolution and investigation. Intermediate proficiency in common applications such as MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Vision, Excel, Project, SharePoint, PowerBI).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in health care and/or IT technology teams preferred.
