Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two years senior level administrative experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to work with a team as a contributing member. Demonstrate problem-solving and decision making skills to anticipate, identify, and recommend appropriate actions to complex administrative issues. Must be able to maintain a professional attitude while exercising judgement, tact, diplomacy, and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues. Demonstrates the ability to work with frequent interruptions. Competently handles changing priorities within tight timelines. Advance computer skills in Microsoft office suite required, database & visio experience an asset. Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary office administration certificate and/or education in business, human resources is preferred. Working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems and processes including familiarity with policies, financial, and human resources information systems.
