Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, intermediate or higher administrative capacity Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel, visio, PowerPoint ). In house or external training courses that supplement formal education required to commence the job ( ePeople,, eManager, ORACLE, RMS, Tableau, ARIA, Sharepoint) Experience working in a high volume, time sensitive environment. Excellent proof reading, formatting and grammar skills. Proven ability to work independently and to produce high quality work, excellent organization and time management skills. Proven ability to recognize and handle confidential information. Typing speed of 50 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year previous Cancer Care experience. Undergraduate degree, project management skills.
