Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

New employees must complete an Employee Health Review and provide a criminal records check (at their own expense) in compliance with the Protection for Persons in Care Act. Smoking restrictions are in effect.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma from a recognized Office/Business Administration Program. 2 – 3 years of clerical experience in an organization of significant size and complexity with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Keyboarding of 70 wpm desired. Medical terminology would be an asset. Experience with medical transcription/dictation preferred. Switchboard experience would be an asset.
