Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Medical Terminology course required. Previous experience with Clinibase registration required. Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting ambulatory or community health services required. Intermediate skills for MS Office programs. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple demands. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team to achieve results. Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Administrative health care program certificate/diploma or other similar certificate program preferred. Previous experience with Millennium, Soprano, and other AHS scheduling systems preferred.
