Required Qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized Registered Nursing Program required / BSCN required. Previous health care leadership experience required (minimum of 2 years experience). Excellent Computer and office management and organizational skills required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with managing clinic information in Connect Care - preferred. Experience with electronic Central staffing - ESP - preferred. Experience with clinic review / audits / accreditation standards - preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide strong leadership direction and follow through for different clinic teams. Commitment to quality, safe, effective and ethical patient care and work practices.
