Must have a Certificate from a recognized training program which includes a practicum component. A course in Medical Terminology is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have completed a recognized unit clerk program. A minimum 2 years current or recent experience working in an acute care, hospital setting within a similar capacity. Familiarity with medical terminology, Connect Care, and Netcare required.Please note: Classifications Under Review.
Preferred Qualifications:Current or recent experience working on labour and delivery, or a women's health unit. Familiarity with patient registration an asset.
