Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing. Minimum three (3) years recent nursing experience required. Lead LPN experience required. Combination of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Current registration from the CLPNA. Current BLS certification.


Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of supervisory/management experience recommended. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in fast paced, highly stressful environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide leadership and function as a team member. Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills. Ability to be objective in decision making. Commitment to safe, effective and ethical patient care and work practices.
