Graduate of a Physical Therapy program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta is required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated analytical thinking and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to assess, implement, and evaluate patient-centered treatment plans.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in subacute, restorative, geriatric, or inpatient rehabilitation. Knowledge of mobility assessment, discharge planning, fall prevention, and functional outcome measures. Ability to manage a complex patient caseload.
