University graduation in a field related to the position, such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Psychology. Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency. 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, organizational development, leadership development, team effectiveness or other related discipline. 3+ years leading a multidisciplinary professional team to deliver learning and development and /or organizational development initiatives.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership in taking an organization to the next level of growth with demonstrated successful execution while operating in complex and fluid environment with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge in instructional design, development and evaluation, experience with learning management systems, strong facilitation, coaching, change management, and consulting skills. Can synthesize and translate complex data, insights and macro trends into tangible and applicable perspectives that influence business problem solving and HR solution design. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to research, develop, lead and manage projects of varying complexity. Solid understanding of MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong resilience and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified coach. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
