Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in NFLES or related support services. Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and oversee contracted service providers. Experience managing vendor/contract relationships and service performance. Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Understanding of the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
