- Must have a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or equivalent experience - 1 to 2 years related experience working in a computerized maintenance environment which includes operating and maintaining a variety of grounds keeping and building maintenance equipment and tools. - Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license
Additional Required Qualifications:5th Class Power Engineering Certificate an asset to comply with ABSA requirements. Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. Boiler, chiller and water softener troubleshooting experience. HVAC, exhaust fan and building controls troubleshooting experience. Outdoor grounds equipment experience, such as tractors and snow blowers. Physically able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:Consideration will be given to those applicants with previous work experience in a health care facility.
