Your Opportunity:
The Maintenance Worker I performs repair maintenance and installation duties serving the Youville Home in St. Albert, Alberta. The Youville Home is a continuing care community serving 232 seniors in the city of St. Albert. As a Maintenance Worker 1, you will perform integral maintenance to support the day to day operations at Youville Home. Description: Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Worker I conducts a variety of basic maintenance repairs and performs a variety of general cleaning and grounds keeping duties. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the AUPE General Support Services Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with lawn maintenance and snow removal equipment. Previous maintenance worker experience is an asset.
