Through mentorship, coaching, and education, you will create a supportive learning environment that encourages professional growth and lifelong learning. The Clinical Nurse Educator serves as a key resource for nursing staff by identifying learning needs, developing educational initiatives, and implementing strategies that enhance clinical skills and improve patient outcomes. Description:

The Instructor's primary role is to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and excellence in nursing. Exercising adult principles of learning, the Instructor will design, enhance and provide staff orientation, education, clinical consultation, development, and/or evaluation. The Instructor's nursing practice will reflect a current, broad knowledge base, and excellent nursing skills that enable her/him to function as a role model and support staff in accordance with Covenant Health's Mission, Vision, and Values. The Instructor will function independently in formal and informal learning environments. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the UNA Collective Agreement.
