Related certificate or equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proven recent experience in managing and organizing volunteers required. Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada membership.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology/Humanities or Diploma in Human Resources is desired. Experience as a volunteer in a hospital, or in the community desirable Prior employment in a hospital or health care setting desirable. Volunteer Management or Non-Profit Management Diploma is desirable. Excellent organizational and public speaking skills. Extensive knowledge of community services and agencies.
