Diploma or certificate in a related field such as Business Administration, Business Analyst, Project Management, Health Professional or Health Informatics. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years healthcare experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Minimum 2 years' experience using or managing clinical information systems desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively engage various stakeholders. Strong change management skills and understanding will be an asset. Ability to problem solve and understand project management concepts to help balance diverse stakeholder interests. EPIC software knowledge an asset. Experience in project management, planning and implementation an asset.
