Your Opportunity:
The incumbent works various shifts and is responsible for providing courteous and professional reception and information services to patients, the public and hospital personnel. Interviewing patients or their representatives for registration purposes according to Provincial standards and ensuring information is accurate and complete, obtaining signatures as required. Ensuring appropriate insurance documentation is obtained. Maintain a positive public image to patients, hospital and staff. Must maintain confidentiality of all information handled at all times.
Description:
The Clerk III provides a wide range of clerical support, with varying duties depending on the specified program/department. The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

Preferred Qualifications:One year experience in Registration.
