Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary diploma in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent) required. Minimum five (5) years administrative experience required. Experience in a similar position in a health or university setting preferred. Meeting and events management experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Creative and innovative problem solving skills. Well-developed organization and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Strong knowledge of office administrative practices. Ability to work with RedDot web-based platforms. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to short timelines in completing projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Senior administrative experience preferred.
